Rita Bustamante was already a seasoned hairdresser when - 15 years ago - made the decision to concentrate, study, and fully zero in on the “art” of Hair Color.  This became her professional evolution. She personally sought to work and study with other top colorists and master teachers across the nation, which is something she continues to do.

The pinnacle of her successful journey brought her to becoming an American Board Certified Master Colorist. This is the highest “degree,” only given to top colorists by their peers. This degree is given after much work, study, preparation, and in depth testing has been done. This is why there is only a handful of Board Certified Colorists in the nation.

As Rita will testify, this is an on going process, because hair coloring is constantly changing with new products, fashion, and attitudes.
